The Queen Suite delivers ample space for a family, loaded with comfortable beds and a great shower. Enjoyable breakfast options like fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order waffles keep mornings satisfying.
Finding the entrance is a pain. it’s tricky to navigate off Hanes Mall Blvd without missing the turns. On top of that, my bathroom door didn’t latch properly, and curtains on the third floor offered little privacy while letting in light from the parking lot. The carpet looked dirty, and I noticed a persistent paint smell from ongoing renovations. Thankfully, the suite was spacious enough to balance things out, but the little hiccups did add up over time.

100% recommend for strolling around
Clean room, quiet room, with a convenient location to explore the nearby mall and dining options. the breakfast selection was good, and the facility included a fitness center for a quick workout before heading out.
The lobby had a dark ambiance and a noticeable odor.

Good for a nice getaway
The breakfast was very nice. I mean Tammy kept everything in check and the coffee was hot and the sausage patties were on point. Remember that a bit odd egg situation though? It wasn't your typical scramble but I found it kinda interesting. Also, enjoyed the outside seating for breakfast which made it all feel more relaxing
Wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the most part it was acceptable

The location was super convenient for visiting local attractions, and the Queen Suite was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered plenty of options, including fresh fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I did find that the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it tough to stay connected during our stay.

Check out the smoky grilled goodness at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar—totally a foodie paradise! And, that king-sized bed? Pure cloud nine comfort. Gotta love the warm vibe from the friendly staff too! It's a solid stay for anyone exploring Winston-Salem's culinary treasures.
The shower was noisy and the drain was a bit of a struggle. Yet, it didn’t ruin my overall experience too much—talk about keeping it real!

spacious accommodations but lacking in cleaning consistency
The king suite was impressively spacious, exceeding my expectations for comfort. I also appreciated the selection at breakfast, which featured decent options and 24-hour coffee availability.
I noticed some inconsistency in the cleaning standards in the common areas.

Had a great time with my friends! The location was super convenient for mall hopping and visiting local attractions. The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds was spacious, and the beds were comfortable—loved the amazing sheets. We didn't try breakfast, but it looked popular with others. Overall, a solid choice for a fun group getaway.
The only downside was the front desk service. They didn’t inform us about the rewards program and it took a while to get help when checking out.

The joint rooms made it feel like a spacious suite for our family! Just wish the housekeeper had been more honest about the smoking issue and that the tub was cleaner. 😕

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The spacious King Suite made our short stay feel relaxed, though the cooling unit struggled on warmer nights. Enjoyed the convenient onsite café for breakfast. Ensure to double-check late checkout options as miscommunication occurred during our stay. Overall, a decent experience!
